Conference Room Prices

We offer 2 meeting rooms that can be booked by the hour or day. Our meeting rooms are used by clients as well as by individuals and businesses. Each meeting room is beautifully designed and furnished for maximum efficiency. These Prices do not apply to tenants who are using their allotment of scheduled conference room time.

Small Meeting room 4 – 12 people $ 40.00 per hour, Minimum 1 hour. Plus cleaning fee.
Large Meeting room 13 – 24 people $ 75.00 per hour, Minimum 1 hour. Plus cleaning fee.

Greet your guests $150 additional service charge per hour.  Greeting only, beverage service not included. (Advance planning required)

Beverage service, (Advance planning required) $150 per hour plus $5.00 per beverage served, and $10.00 per person attendance tip to server.

When you book your meeting room with us, you will enjoy:
