Residential Mortgage Appraisal Conventional, or Non FHA/VA – Not Complex – $ 525
Residential Mortgage Appraisal FHA/VA – Not Complex – $ 575
Property Tax Appeals – Appraisal plus $75 per hour for appeal process.
Estate Planning Appraisal – $525
Investment Supplement – $275
Rental Supplement – $225
Form filling $75 per hour, with 1 hour minimum.
Comparable Data Analysis- $50
CMA Basic – $75
CMA/BPO Advanced, $275
Review, trainee or form review. $75 per hour.
Trip Charge beyond 10 mile radius of Utica, Mi – $2.00 per mile. This charge applies to all products listed.
