• What is the office split?
NONE, There is no office split, the agent earns 100% of their commissions, less the ($300 total) $200 broker compliance fee, $50 E&O, and $50 Technology fee.
• Do you provide office space?
Yes, we offer unlimited unscheduled use of our open office areas during business hours at our office located at 41800 Hayes Road, Clinton Twp, MI 48038. There are several open desks and 2 large conference rooms. Agents can use the open desks or conference rooms to meet with their clients. Agents may meet with buyers at the office, and may schedule the conference room for such meetings. Agents who want individual private 24/7 access office are able to rent space at a discounted rate ranging from $150-250 per month. See below regarding utilizing the office for closings.
• Are there any required meetings?
No, there are no required meetings. We offer optional weekly trainings. We require an orientation at the beginning and a purchase agreement training prior to working on any deals.

Yes, Household Real Estate offers an exclusive Real Estate License Park program, allowing members to avoid MAR, NAR, and local board membership fees while still getting paid for transactions with a $19 monthly fee.

Yes, our Real Estate Commission Flat Fee Brokerage is available to any licensed Michigan real estate agent anywhere in Michigan.
• I’m in the middle of a transaction, can I transfer it?
Yes, you can transfer it by having your current broker and seller sign a Listing Transfer and contacting your local MLS/Board for a “Listing Transfer Form.”
• Can I list properties for less than 6%?
Yes, you can charge any commission rate you prefer, that being said your pricing must be responsible, consistent and avoid discriminatory practices.
• Does Household Real Estate offer commission advances?
Yes, Household Real Estate allows our agents to get cash advances on their pending transactions for a 10% advance fee.
• Does Household Real Estate have a consumer website?

• Do I really keep all my commission?
Yes, you genuinely keep all your commission. We charge no (zero) monthly, quarterly, or annual fees. We only charge a single $300 broker compliance fee on each transaction.
• What about signs and lockboxes? (Optional)
We provide a package with a self install colonial post and sign, and a lockbox for a returnable deposit. Once you return the post, sign, and lockbox the $150 deposit is returned to you. Another alternative is the agent may use local sign providers who will provide the post and install/remove it upon command. The lockbox and sign only returnable deposit is $75. Agents may print their own signs and buy their own lockboxes. Signage is made with the ability to post your phone number on the sign with vinyl lettering.
• Does your company offer technology?
Yes, we have a technology package. We offer a CRM, listing tools, buyers agency tools, websites, NFC touch business card technology, and more. Since we’re closely affiliated with a mortgage company we offer a mortgage preapproval system offering agents a way to preapprove their clients without needing the support of a mortgage loan officer.
• Does your company offer stock programs?
It is in the roadmap to offer a stock ownership program to our agents. Details are forthcoming.
• Can my transactions close at the office?
Yes. If a closing is held in the office and one of the affiliated Mortgage or Title vendors are not selected then the agent(or their vendor) must pay an additional $35 closing fee (to cover the cost of paper supplies during the closing). This fee is waived if Cranbrook Loans is the lender for the borrower, or if Shoreline Title is the title company in the transaction.
